Shipping & Returns

 

Shipping:

Shipping costs with Australia Post will be calculated at check-out. For shipments outside of Australia, please contact us. We offer a Door Pickup option for Sydney locals and you will receive instructions upon placement of an order.

 

Returns:

For all issues, please quote your order number.

Our returns policy complies with Australian Consumer Law.

We are an artisan company and cannot afford to accept “no reason”/change of mind returns.

If you received a damaged, incorrect or tampered with product, please email us a photo to info@fronde-beauty.com on the day of receipt, and you will receive a replacement as soon as possible.

In the extremely unlikely event that the product arrived obviously “off” or separated, please send us photos and a description of the issue to info@fronde-beauty.com within three days of receipt. The product must arrive back to us within 14 days of delivery (include the order number). We will refund that product in full, including its shipment cost, or a pro-rata refund for shipment if it was part of a larger order. 

Original shipping charge is not credited back for returned orders.

If an order doesn’t arrive or arrives missing products:

Please email us your order information at info@fronde-beauty.com and we will rectify the issue as soon as possible. In the case of non-delivery, please note we would be unable to refund or resend a replacement if you supplied an incorrect delivery address.

 

Order modifications or cancellation:

We are able to accommodate for changes or cancellations so long as the products haven’t yet been fully packaged and/or shipped. However, the payment will be refunded minus the bank charges we incur with your payment.
